Looking for a scene

There was a video uploaded by a famous channel featuring squibs, now both the channel and the video have been taken down. It's a video where a woman, presumably some kind detective (?), wearing jeans and denim jacket with plaid shirt. There are several scenes in the video, where the beginning scenes show the woman with her partner checking a car on a bridge (I'm not so sure with this one), running, and drawing her pistol kept in her butt. When she entered a room another girl attacked and knocked her unconscious. When she came around, still lying on the floor, her hands were bleeding and she screamed, but the other girl proceeds to finish her with several bullets on her chests. If I'm not mistaken it was from VOA channel. I'd appreciate if anyone knows the movie.
