Searching for a movie strangle scene

i've been searching for a strangle scene since a while now but didnt manage to find it for years. There is a glance of the scene i'm talking into this compilation :

I'm talking about the scene at 54:35 where the man is taking the scarf from the dead girl on the floor.
It's this scene, there is only like 1 sec of it in the video before it gets cut...

Before this particular moment there is a nice choking/strangling scene but it isnt shown on the compilation. Please tell me you have the name of the movie or the clip somewhere.

Not a big clip, it's probably an amateur movie or something but this scene is stuck in my head and i would like to see it again.
