The killer finally managed to stab her knife halfway in the fitness model's navel. The fitness model doesn't seem to be in pain so she continued her crunches. She even stabbed the knife deeper into her own belly so it wouldn't fall off. The killer looked even more amazed when the fitness model gave her a sword. After the knife was pulled out, the killer stabbed the sword into her navel and out her back.

A female bodybuilder was working out when her rival infiltrated her home. The rival stabbed the female bodybuilder in the navel but she managed to retaliate by hitting the rival in the head with a dumbbell. The female bodybuilder then went into her room and tried to stop the bleeding from her navel. The rival finally regained consciousness and followed the blood trail. She stabbed the knife all the way in to finally finish off the female bodybuilder.
