Help finding a knockout video

Hi all!
I'm hoping someone here can help me identify and locate a video I found bootlegged on YouTube many years ago. Would love to purchase it and see it again.
It's a knockout variety video. One woman knocks the other down, but doesn't quite knock her out. While barely conscious, the victim begs the villain to finish her by pressing the pressure point on her foot. She does so, rendering her unconscious. The villain then decides she likes the victim's dress, so decides to take it as a trophy, leaving the victim lying on the ground in her undergarments and barefoot.
