Hi! I am new here, and starting a new topic, to hear thoughts and suggestions.

I have a thing about the concept of "medical/surgery peril". It's about helpless girls tied and naked on surgical tables while evil surgeons do vile, grotesque things on their bellies- it could include alien impregnation experiments (that's actually where I think this fetish originates from, alien abduction scenes in mainstream movies and films), organ harvesting etc. There is a strong horror element, as they're strapped while these procedures are done on them against their will, or submitting willingly to a (still too painful) procedure for money or scientific reasons, so there's a lot of screaming etc.

Also, I like the idea of tentacle impregnation, especially if it involves navel penetration.
