I really like death scene with tongue out but it seems very unique that death with a tongue out in a TV drama or movie.

The most charming scene I thought of is Joan Severance in Tales from the Crypt: The New Arrival. She dressed in a brown suit, wrap hip skirt, black pantyhose with high heels and showed me a great tongue out death scene. But sadly I can't find the behind the scenes of this episode.

And Liz Crawford from The Clown at Midnight is also pretty good.

This come from a movie titled "Japanese Frenzy" . I've no information about it, I have just a couple of short clips. In the one from I took this clip a asiatic woman is tied to a table and strangled slowly with a ligature. Some imagine show what would be a copious flowing of vaginal juices during the agony.

Yeah, you remind me of the great "Frenzy". How could I forget this. It was awesome but too exaggerated.I think it's the manner of Hitchcock.

That scene imprinted my adolescence. It made me discover my biggest fetish!
Yes, it's a bit exagerated but I find it extremely arousing also now!
To the point that I roleplayed it with my soulmate !

I think Hitchcock really had influenced many people, there is another tongue out death scene in "The Alfred Hitchcock Hour S01E07 Annabel". I can't remember what influenced my impression that people will tongue out when they are killed by strangling or hanging but it is very common in old movies. Unfortunately it's almost impossible to see a tongue out death scene in modern movies and TV dramas.

As for Annabel, Annabelle Wallis also shows me a great tongue out death scene in Jericho: The Killing of Johnny Swan although she was smothered with a pillow. She dressed in underwear and stockings, after she died the murder dressed her up and put on her high heels.

She also died with a beautiful death stare in The Mummy.

I seem to remember that was a big blooper since her strangling and hanging corpse had eyes and mouth closed. Wish they would have showed that death stare all the time.

Yeah, it's really a shame. It only appears in the last scene when all the victims were lying on the seat in front of the stage.

My favourites: Midsomer Murders S9E1 The House in the Woods
You can even hear the slobber rattling in her throat as she's being strangled.

That Midsomer place (somewhere nice and pleasant and quaintly English) was one Hell of a place to live - life expectancy there must have been practically zero, with a blundering cop (played by John Nettles), who seemed to be the only plain-clothed cop available in the area, unable to prevent any of them and only solve them eventually some time after they happened... :shake:

You've got good taste, alpinek. I was just about to share this one. It's also is one of my favourite kind, garrote from behind in car. And the sound of her strangulation sounded sexy.
There was another woman in business suit who was garroted in the second half but sadly without tongue out.
