I have seen this movie. I cannot remember the title.
Try using flim.ai to search...I tried google lens but came up with nothing.

Has interesting results, but I don't have to scroll through them all---though this app might be a good tool for others.

The movie is called Lieben(2006). I am not able to find any site to buy or watch the full movies though.

Great, glad you found the title. I remember loving that strangle scene. Very intense!!!
