I can give you some advices when trying to make a transaction for a custom with a producer :

1- You should be more in a straight way when talking with them, fetish producers are merchants, businessmen, they are doing their works mainly for $$$, they are not very interested to have special relationships with their clients, even the best of them, and morever their works (death fetish/porn materials) are a part of a very confidential and very private markets system, especially for the actors and actresses playing in them, their anonymities and their privates lives should be respected. Before contacting them, you should have your custom storyline already finished and ready to be sent to them, in your first e-mail with them, ask them in straight way, the price, their conditions, what they can do or not and your wishes presenting your custom storyline.

2- Before contacting them, be sure to have at least the minimum amount of money for the transaction (several hundreds $) ready to be spent, you can then negotiate the price after sending your detailed storyline to them. Of course if their prices are too high and you can not convincing them to decrease the price, you can decline the transaction but if you decline it too often, the producer could have boredom feeling toward you, they don't like losing their time of works with their clients like any businessmen.

3- Their goals as any commercial company are to earn money and make profits, so you should talk with them first in this way : $$$ - business. You should know that fetish producers companies are not the bakers, the grocers or the barbershops near your home, they are really not interested to have special relationships with their clients, your life and their lives are staying in the strict private term. Don't think that the actresses or the actors playing in your customs are enjoying a lot what they are doing or having a great esteem toward you or are very interested about your storylines or having your kink, they are only doing this for $$$, for their professional careers and showbiz, nothing else. Be very polite with them and respectful, show your enthusiasm to make profits with them in straight way and all will be fine.

She is very rude, even when talking money with her. I didn't disagree with the amount she charged; all I asked is if I could pay at a later date which was my payday (wasn't too far off either). She was unwilling to work with that and overall terrible with customer service. I would avoid buying from her.

I ordered my very first custom with her and ordered 4 in total. I'm very happy with the results overall. I also enjoyed my interactions with Gisy and never found her rude. She is more emotional than I would expect from a business relationship, but I didn't mind.

I would say that Gisy's talent is delivering fantastic fetish videos. She reads scripts well and has a feel for what the client wants (at least, she has a feel for what I want). She gets incredible performances from her actresses. She doesn't excel at business-like communication to the same extent. I find that less relevant, but up to you. That said, she delivers fast and sticks to her dates once you agree on something. And, yeah, she insists in payment up front. Pretty standard practice.

My communications with Gisy have always been positive. She was pretty straightforward, and she delivered what we agreed on in a timely way and with high a quality product.

I have ordered over 20 custom with her and i was the first customer who commissioned to her a strangulation video ("Killer Cat" in 2015 if i remember) . She's most helpful person i have ever met. She responds to emails in 3/4 hours, she's very kind. She's italian like me and we often exchange opinion about "death fetish" . She lover this genre unfortunately she can't sell many copies because these videos are banned on major clip selling sites.

Because of this he had to raise his prices, the quality of his videos is in my opinion the best on the market currently.

I've also had good experience with her, except with prices haha. But she delivers really great customs, I agree that she gets the feel of what clients want very well.
