Hi Guys,

Just wondering which stores you like the most and any comments you may have in relation to the their User Interface.
Which is the easiest to use? What about shops directly from the producer/studio.

Tell me your experience and what you think
Stores that come to mind:

NICHECLIPS
DEAD SEXY
POWERSHOPZ
PAYHIP
GUMROAD (Not really a thing anymore)
DEVIANT ART
Any others that are Noteworthy?

Cheers John,

In my experience from the ones you've listed, the easiest and most convenient would be Payhip and Poweshopz as they both take credit cards. Nicheclips I honestly only use to check for releases (Crypto only really kills it for me), deadsexy at least has the option to buy in store credits (even if it takes a million years for them to finally land in your account).
Olaf's Pontus productions is a very well set up and convenient to use store, I genuinely consider the best, payments are quick and intuitive, you can access your videos directly on the site or download them, no limits on downloads, no real drawbacks to the store to speak off (at least on the customer side of things)

Thanks DiligentGiant!
Anyone else care to chime in?

John, in my opinion, Powershopz is the best these days, especially for producers.

NicheClips and DeadSexy charge exorbitant commissions, and NicheClips, for sure, doesn't report all the sales they make, so they effectively steal the revenue on those sales.

DeadSexy's customer service is so bad, when I tried to buy a clip from that site one time, I had a problem getting the clip and contacted him about it, he got mad and closed my producer account! No discussion or attempt to resolve it, just SLAM...

The thing about Powershopz is, the more business we can push her way, the more customers will be set up to use credit cards on her site, so it is to our advantage, for sure.

Adding to what you've said about Powershopz, Tom, the woman in charge is absolutely the nicest person you could ever imagine doing business with. I honestly couldn't say enough good things about her.

I've had very good experience with PayHip.
They take credit cards for the exact amount.

However, PayHip appears to be a part of PayPal. Maybe European?
This makes me nervous since our content is banned on PayPal.

Amazon Combat takes credit cards for their content only, but issues credits.

Clips4Sale accepts credit cards and never had an issue, if you can find anything you want.
Almost a non-existent selection of clips that may be of interest to most members of this community.

Tommygun, I concur. Payhip is ok for producers as long as they don't get taken down, Powershopz is good (as is the customer service ) but I'm not sure how big their reach is. Do you know about this? I see they get about 1000 hits a day which I think is respectful given the content.

I think the payhip experience is good also Olberon1024. But you are right. Folks have been removed for Adult content. I think those producers that open up their own website and bring in an understanding credit card merchant have the best shot. Olaf is a good example but there are others...I'm contemplating this myself. A good user experience is key, not to mention good customer service like Tommygun mentioned.
