i like Scenes where someone closes the eyes of the female victim, i will try to post a few here, if you have someone feel free to share

I have a soft spot for death fantasies in which the killer/finder shows tenderness to the body. Especially if the body is FOUND by the protagonist rather than killed. I definitely remember a formative moment watching NCIS with my mom as a kid, like, 20 years ago. There’s an episode where a main character is shot in the head (spoilers for a 20 year old show I guess) and I can’t remember if her father figure-mentor closes her eyes then or if someone else does it at the morgue, but I feel like that was one of my earliest memories of watching a fictional eye-closing and finding something both very peaceful and enticing about it.

I also love it when after the finder gently closes the lids….out of respect or affection. Then, he/she/they cannot help but open them again to marvel at the stare. I’m dabbling with writing a story with that scenario right now.
