To Dalila: help needed re: video purchase

Hi, I purchased a clip from your SilknBlood/dalila store, transaction approved, credit card hit, then what's next? I have waited for 12 hours, still shows order "pending", no downlod tips
Please help!
BTW, you mentioned you were doing "custom videos", is there a site people can send in script and get a quote?

I anm assuming that you must have received an email with an ID and password for your purchase right at the time you first bought it. If so you may have all the information you need.

Also check you spam filter. This is where emails containing access codes often end up. Always check your spam/junk folder after you've made an on-line purchase
