Wondering about locked topic??

Okay not trying to start any problems... maybe poster did this herself.
I was wondering if you could maybe give criteria for when and why a topic may get locked??
I admit at times I totally screw up, and walk into rule infractions not even knowing I was doing it. So to maybe help keep me from doing something like that again.
I did see Brandy photo her in her 2 piece bathing suit, looking totally hot. Was going to comment on it, but see her topic producers forum was locked.
Did she post photos too large or something else happen??
Again just wondering, I did not see anything offensive about it, but maybe that was already deleted by moderators.
