No idea, but it seems like it's a mainstream death movie clip...
Maybe Bluestone or anyone of the producers here may help you?

Looks to me like a bit from a KHP clip, though I don't have it.... sadly

Not sure about the one as 0:31 (2 girls shot) but the one at 0:33 (woman in white dress) looks like a KHP video with Paul as shooter, but not sure which one it is. Probably one of his later ones judging from the background.

Looks a lot like KHP, first the two girls being shot, followed by Britton getting shot in the white slip. Those are the only two KHP bits. A machinegunning is an AF video. Although the two girls getting shot loot just like a KHP video, I don't recall those two actresses before. I bought lots and lots of his stuff. I wish I had this particular video. It looks great.
