Hi - thought I'd post this twice in case somebody doesn't see it on the other forum. I'm overjoyed with what they did.
Hi all. Just thought I’d say that it was me who asked UKSG to do my version of Frenzy, which became The Frenzy Alternative.
I must say that I am just stunned with what UKSG has done. It has exceeded my wildest expectations. I have never worked in films (seen a lot) but the highest praise I can give to this video is that it is like to be a genuine movie with full production values. If it was to be inserted into Hitchcock’s original, the join would be invisible. It was just what I wanted.
(By the way I called it The Frenzy Alternative because it was the secretary who gets strangled and not Mrs Blaney, the boss of the agency.)
And that brings me to the performance of the actress who played Kim, as I called her. She was outstanding. If you buy it, you’ll see her slow realisation that she is in terrible danger, the understanding that she is dealing with a very strange, sick man. She fights but cannot escape….He forces her into a chair and then….
Of course, it helps that she is a beautiful woman. A bit of me wanted her to escape, but then it wouldn’t have been Frenzy. Kudos to UKSG and the girl for dressing as I requested. Stockings, mmm.
This is the first time I have dealt with UKSG. I recommend them unreservedly. They were responsive, helpful, and willing to go that extra distance for me. Since the Olympics are in London, let’s award them a Gold Medal!
