Why do you like shooting scenarios???

I'm sure you all have different answers to that questions, but perhaps there are also common threads. For example, some like belly shots, and others like breast shots, but is there also something in the actress' reactions that turns your crank? I mean, do you get off on the wide-eyed look of shock when she takes the hit, the bounce and jiggle of her body reaction, the feminine grunt when taking the bullet, or is it something else that I'm entirely missing here? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated on a topic that seems to be near and dear to many on this forum.

For me shooting scenes dont really do anything for me. If I write about a hit woman character from my own imagination that would use a gun with a silencer then it may hit my interest but it usually doesnt. However there is other exceptions. Like with the shooting scene of two theater employees from the movie anguish. they had on heels and hose. sexy type poses when they were left in the bathroom stall. those elements combined was erotic for me. Plus there was no blood. So it really depends. How the vic falls that may be erotic in some way.

This question is one of those questions that when you first read it you think.Oh yeah. This is easy. It will take only a minute to answer. Then you give it a thought ,and find it is difficult to put a finger on the answer because there are so many elements that have to be present to make a really erotic scene.
It was requested that we list what we like in a shooting scene.
Here are some of the things I like : An attractive victim. It is not necessary for her to have large breasts ,but no points are taken from her if she does.

The victim's reactions to her wounds should be realistic. Clutching the wound is good ,and realistic. The clutch does not have to be held util the victim dies ,but initially ,it is common. A graceful fall ,while not realistic is very desireable, as is a sexy pose as the victim lies dead or dying.
I hope this provides some data that will be utilized.
One other important (to me) element is clothing. Naked is not necessary. A bikini or a sexy piece of lingerie,or just a bra and a thong (Which let's face it ,is about the same as a bikini) are very exciting to me. Searching and handleing of the body is a big plus . Any other interaction with the body is not necessary for me.
These are not rules. Just stuff I like.
Thanks for asking.

Shootings are not a favorite of mine. two people plinking at each other just doesn't do much for me. When it does work its after a physical struggle perhaps over the gun or something important. or used as a threat, with a quick coup de grace shot at the end to the chest, belly or groin. Once I did a shooting series in 3d that ended with a shot to the head. Someone posted in comments to the last picture. "head shots are not sexy" I tend to agree.

I disagree! Sorry but I find headshots extremely sexy, which is funny as I don't too much care for other types of shooting. Hate to see a good body get ruined with a leaky red hole in it, I dunno perhaps that is why I prefer asphyxia & drowning type demises...
For me there is nothing better and more of a turn-on than the heroine getting a bullet (or arrow) smack bang in the middle of the forehead, literaly as a third red eye and then watch her two other good eyes open up wide with shock and disbelief...

Shootings are number one. The victim should be in her twenties through her forties, she should be beautiful and have a terrific figure, her hair should be natural looking, she should have normal makeup on, she should have no tattoos, and she must be white. She should wear women's clothing, no dungarees shorts or men's clothing, satin or nylon clothing are a huge plus, stockings and garter belts, and NEVER pantyhose, and my favorites are full-sized white or pink panties and bras. My favorite clothing for a woman is nudity, naked, and unclothed. When she is naked she is at her most vulnerable and defenseless, and it seems the very most appropriate time to shoot and kill her. Nudity is number one. Actual killings are very abhorrent and unacceptable in real life. But this is all fantasy. I expect and want as much realism as possible. The actress must make me believe that she is being shot and that bullets are tearing into her lush body, that she is in excruciating agony and pain, and that she is dying. Her face, her eyes, her hands, and her entire body must tell me that this is how she feels, at the moment of her death. When a women is shot she bleeds. I expect and insist on seeing blood when she is shot. After being shot, her eyes should be open until she dies and then her eyes must be closed. A shot to the back, the arms, the hands, the legs, the feet, and the shoulders mean nothing to me. The only locations that matter are the front torso, especially the breasts, the stomach, and the crotch. I expect logical words from her mouth, and not clichés like "I can't believe you shot me" or the all time incredible reaction from a Hollywood actress who actually said "Ouch" when she was shot in a movie. Over the years I have seen several actresses who do a great job while being shot. Two that come to mind right away are Tina Krauss and Debbie D , and I have had the wonderful privilege of acting in several videos with them. These videos are there for purchase from Bluestone and from PennPaul.

-i like when female characters are hit betwean breasts or in left tit (prefer heart shots)
- i dont like if they go down fast, prefer if they trying stand up or keep fighting for a litle longer ( not so realistic i know but its fantasy so:))
- thats why probalby i like female vamps death scenes ( shot by wooden bullets or arrow, stabb with stake etc.)
- its nice to see if some heroines or doddess character meet same fate too:)

It's simple, and it's the same reason I like stabbings: the metaphor of violence and sex being connected is fairly obvious when there's a phallic symbol involced

The belly area is the only place that works for me. And that goes for stabbings, impalings, arrows or bullets. I don't like tit-shots nor head-shots. In shooting scenarios, I prefer a silencer. It doesn't make so much noise (to alert the neighborhood) and it also makes it easier to hear the sound of impact (maybe even the "sound" of blood-splatter?), and the sexy sound she makes when she's hit. I love wide-eyed looks of shock and/or surprise, and I prefer open eyes (death stare) when she's dead. I prefer not too many bullets/stabs. One, two or maybe three is enough. A shot (or two) in the belly after she's dead is sexy too. I love the way Rebecca looks at her killer (in Scream 4) before she slides down on the floor. I prefer blood, but not too much.

Comment from experience.
Though the many preferences stated can be and have been done, for producers shootings are labor intensive.
1 set up shooting scene
2 shoot the actress (cut)
3 apply blood and wound marks
4 wash hands, place items out of camera
5 shoot the actress and let her act
6 next shot (cut)
7 apply blood and wound marks, perhaps multiples
8 wash hands
9 shoot actress finale, let her die
10 body pans, etc
11 allow actress to clean-up (time dependent)
The scene described is 1 minute, the work effort is 15 - 30 minutes
So tell me again just why y'all like shooting scenes

I would echo mikedark's comment. It is a metaphor for sex. If done well the response of a victim mirrors (in a strange way!?!) sexual gratification i.e. moaning, the "oh face", an arched back, etc. Additionally at least for me a well dressed powerful confident villainess going down hard in a slow merciless fashion expressing her dissatisfaction and reacting to her discomfort is the epitome of hot! I have heard it said that men are stimulated visually more so than women. Nudity, sex, blood, and bullet holes are not even necessary. All that matters is her moment in the spot light. It is the performance not the effects that are stimulating. That is why I like shootings.
