I know, XJ. That's where I usually check and see it. But it wasn't there. After doing the CCBill transaction through my phone, and submitting the payment, it returned to the store page with an "error" message. But then I got an e-mail saying that my transaction went through and gave me the ID for the transaction. I checked my bank and saw I did indeed just pay for a video. But I have not received any e-mail with the video DL link.
