I'm not sure if you're after a Bluestone studio title exclusively or not, but a memorable shirt rip that came to my mind immediately is a wonderful scene from "Agent Saphyra: You Better Learn to Shut Up." It's one of Olaf's vids from Amazon Warriors. Here's a few caps...

Antaris beats the hell out of her and then rips her shirt before finally getting a call from her boss, giving her the approval to finish her off. She then shoots her many times with her pistol. It's fantastic. I hope this helps.
