Ok, so maybe this is a bit off topic, as there is no indication that there are any female gladiators in this, but my god, what an ultimate orgy of male machismo this will be!

I spent seven years sword fighting in an extremely testosterone filled environment. (We used real armor, unlike gladiators, and used wooden swords as we didn't actually want to 'kill' each other.) But this totally rings my bell.

At the very end of this documentary video on the gladiator boot camp they did to train the actors, we discover that at least one of the principle actresses did the boot camp along with the guys, so maybe we will see at least one woman who can fight. :razz:



And in this interview, Lucy Lawless talks about her nude and sex scenes. Who is not going to love this show? :D
