Yeah, that's got "Erotic - Death" studio written all over it. I looked, but do not have that one myself. A couple years ago, when I had just discovered this community, I found myself in a pickle because I would stumble upon a clip just like you have, only to find out I was very late in the game, and the studio that made it was now long-defunct. 
This is very frustrating, because so much content that was new and fresh to my eye, was almost impossible to get ahold of, at least in anything other than a crappy, lo-res, edited down version. "Erotic-Death" Studio I think was out of Germany, and their heyday seemed to be around 2005 or so.
I remember asking around on the D.S. board about them and also vids from "Syldra" Studio (which was even more raw and sleazy looking), but all I could get were that they had long ago shut their doors. A shame, because I think their vids are great! I don't know how many they made, but I think I have around 50 or so.
I really loved the raw edge of their productions, and also some of the girls, particularly Marcella or "Marci." That looks like her in your vid, and I have more than one where she's wearing that same purple halter top. Those knee-high white boots also made many appearances in their vids.
Their specialty was long, drawn out death throes, usually after a shootout between 2 or more girls. And tons of garfing up blood from the mouth as they did so. In fact, I don't know of any studio that put so much of an emphasis on blood from the mouth as they did. I think it was kind of their signature.
