Orsi forces Victoria, Cati, and Susanna to strip at gunpoint, then she hits them in the belly with her pistol and makes them get on the floor and perform lesbonic acts for her pleasure. She sits on her throne and fondles herself as she watches, and eventually, her pleasure turns to madness and she shoots the three girls.

They writhe on the floor a while, then Orsi finishes them off with another bullet each. She then puts a bullet in her own navel and writhes on the floor next to their bodies for the final minute of the film. Run time: 11 minutes.
