A young Asian fitness model was doing her crunches when the executioner entered. The fitness then model stood up, ready to be executed. The executioner tried stabbing the fitness model in her abs, but the sword wouldn't go in. The executioner started to punch the fitness model in the abs to soften it up but ended up hurting her own fist. The fitness model suggested that she be stabbed in the navel because there are no muscles there. The executioner finally succeeded in stabbing the fitness model but she doesn't seem to be in pain and even suggested to stab the sword all the way through her back. The executioner wasn't strong enough so the fitness model helped the executioner pull the sword all the way through her back. The executioner was amazed that she was still standing so she wiggled the sword. The fitness model merely looked amused as the sword shredded her guts. The executioner finally gave up and left to get another weapon to finish the execution.

What did the Asian fitness model do when she was about to be executed? She did her crunches, of course :-)

However, when the executioner shot her with an arrow, it only bounced off her rock-hard abs. The fitness went over to feel her abs and it felt as hard as steel. The fitness model then suggested to shoot her in the navel because there are no muscles there. The arrow finally entered the fitness model's navel but she doesn't feel it so she continued exercising her abs. After a few minutes, she got up to get a drink and fix her hair. The tough fitness model then continues her sit-ups, still with an arrow stuck in her navel. How do you kill a girl as tough as her?

This is one of my favorite videos. I really love the effects of the arrow moving up and down, going in and out, as my gorgeous girl does her sit-ups.
