Ugine just does not tak eanyone on. Most of the actresses he uses have a lot of previous experience (some outside the fetish or Indie industry). I think he must screen and test them out very carefully, or else gets somebody who knows what to look for to interview and test them in front of the cameras.
As a result they are all extremely talented and skilful actresses, some exceptionally so.
