The belly dancer then started dancing again with a sword impaled through her navel. She kept on dancing even with lots of blood flowing from her mouth. The crime boss was now satisfied with her performance. After the music stopped, the crime boss thanked the belly dancer and wanted to shake her hand. However, the belly dancer, who turned out to be a secret agent, pulled the knife out from her back pocket and stabbed the crime boss in the navel.

The secret agent, undercover as a belly dancer, finally succeeded in assassinating the crime boss. However, would she be able to survive the mission?

A loyal soldier failed her mission and was forced to commit seppuku by her commander. She opened her shirt and stabbed herself in the navel with a sword. The commander told her to impale the sword through the back but the soldier couldn't do it because the sword was stuck in her spine. The commander then ordered her to disembowel herself. The soldier pulled the sword out of her navel and then stuck her finger into the hole in her navel. She then pulled her intestines out. After a few hours of agony, the soldier finally asked her boss how many more hours she that has to suffer for her failure. The commander finally finished off her most loyal soldier by strangling her with her own intestines.

Her rival pulled the knife out and started disemboweling the fitness model. Once her guts were out, her rival told her to continue her crunches. The fitness lied down on the floor and did her crunches again. Unwilling to be defeated, her rival stepped on the fitness model's intestines and crushed it with her foot, causing her to vomit lots of blood.

Version 1: The fitness model died a horrible death.

Version 2: Her rival was satisfied that the fitness model's couldn't continue her crunches while her intestines were crushed under her foot so she left her to die. However, the fitness model survived. She gathered her own guts and went out to seek medical attention.
