Looking for a Video/Movie

Hi all, looking for the source of a video clip I found on a Chinese website.

I have tried Google image search but has no luck, if anyone knows where this is from is much appriecated.

Based on my further reserach,

the number plate shown in the screen shot is an Italian Euro number plate.

Not sure how that would assist, but hopefully it's a clue.

There are some copies of the entire movie on Youtube at the moment (albeit dubbed in a different language or with Asian subtitles) so, can someone please zero in on this scene and make a lovely clip for us to enjoy?
