Anyone else use DownloadHelper????

I used to use this program to capture videos from YouTube and save them as MP4's to then edit...
NOW, it won't allow me to capture and save them as MP4's, it will only allow me to save them as flv's. Flv's really suck! They are ok to watch, but none of my editing programs will accept them and my video converters won't convert them to other formats!
