Good news, Den, I resolved the problem- by downloading and using Firefox, ironically!!

This got me through to the server and I was able to download what I wanted- the old KHP stuff.

Very odd business as Internet Explorer always worked for me in the past- though, that was before the new download server was installed as I have never had to "log in" twice in the past.

I use Firefox and love it but many that use it don't know how do delete stored passwords - since they are stored forever you can't log on with new passwords.... the same is true with your online banking, etc. if you change passwords for security purposes.

If you renew your membership in the future you are stuck with the old password and the new one wont work.
You can delete a single password:

1. In Firefox click Tools > Options.

2. Click 'Security' at the top.

3. Click the 'Saved Passwords' button - at the lower right side.

4. Then you will see a button that says 'Show Passwords'. Click on this.

5. Then put your old password in 'Search' - if you forgot it put in the site URL

6. Your old password will show with the site URL and single click on the one you want to remove and click 'Remove'

8. Now Firefox will save your new password.

Not possible. The first set of numbers is defining the date your membership expires. When you renew you will get a number that is much larger for your new expiration date.

I have done recurring membership where the first set of numbers never expire until the member cancels. I lost members with recurring membership so went back to non- recurring memberships.

I personally don't like them either and never join a site or anything with recurring memberships, since your personal information with your credit card info is generally stored online and subject to risk.

The sites I manage and CnB, the credit card company deletes your application information forever the moment after your application is processed, killing any further access to anyone including the authorities, hackers, etc.
