TKiller, interesting you said that about the splatter. I had some sense of that in the edit, and made it a lot smaller, but apparently not enough. You've confirmed my feelings about that, and I'll take it into account the next go around, and as well for the DVD compilation that we are working on for all the Noir favorites. I'm almost of a mind to have no splatter at all, because the hole appearing suddenly is pretty exotic in its own way. If we put up an adjusted copy on the RueMorgue site, I'll let you know for a free "upgrade" download. Thanks again for the feedback. It really helps get these right.

I agree, the "splatter" can go as far as I am concerned, it does not look good, a simple hole appearing is far, far better.

The next one is "The Violent Years," in which a group of bad young women rob a bank and then get completely messed up in their "inter-personal" relationships... The leader, RyAnne drowns Olivia in what has to be one of the sexiest examples of that genre I've ever seen. Not so much my thing, but this one really worked. Then the other pal, Tessa, shows up and RyAnne and Tessa wind up shooting it out over the money.... Look for it around the middle of July!

Sounds good, shame about the drowning though. Hope they kill off a few of the (female) bank staff in the robbery...

We tried to get the bank to let us "shoot" in there, but they wouldn't let us do it for some reason... Now, on the other hand, the Whiskey Gulch western piece we just filmed this weekend has lovely Candle taking one about a millimeter off the old nozzle... You'll love it!
