I'm planning to do a costume party set-up for why Suzi is dressed like Supergirl, but I also want to do a superheroine scenario. I was thinking about different powers, and calling her Solaria, to tie into the big 'S' on her big chest, without running afoul of copyright law. Her power could be that she can generate enough heat to stop a bullet... until her attacker pulls out an MG Thoughts?

Solaria is a good idea and provides an opportunity to combine science with science fiction.
Suppose her costume is made of a material composed of flexible photovoltaic cells (which are real) that provide enough energy to power a small, yet powerful force field. She's bullet proof, especially in direct sunlight, but loses power as the amount of light fades (opposite of the vampire effect). At night, she's vulnerable. The powerpack that runs the forcefield is in her belt buckle. It's another place she's vulnerable, as the force field is projected radially and from the buckle, however, it's very center is (about the size of a bullet) open.
Wow, I'm NOT the only comic book/sci-fi nerd around here...Great Idea, Max!! Another scenario could be that Solara's power would fade with lack of sunlight exposure and physical exertion; the more bullets she melts the weaker she gets. An MG would drain her quick. And a lucky bullet could destroy her reserve-battery leaving her at the mercy of the villain. I think Meredith has proven she could play the assassin well...Maybe an Andromeda tie-in?
Max and Billy like both of your concepts and the sci fi imput is really well thought out.Any ideas for the Petra outfit and weapon of choice? It would be her first superhero role and thus she could do light action she has never done before .Maybe resistent to bullets but not silver tipped spears or arrows after her powers are compromised. Im sure this might be a little tricky FX but blue has pushed before with decaps vampires etc.IMHO Petra would make a super super specimen for a wonder all world heroine .Max whats your take would she do it and have fun.G
