"Darkwing 10: Under Fire" picks up where "Darkwing 9: Defeated" ended. Darkwing has been captured in her civilian identity, and is attacked first by DeadKill, and when DeadKill is put out of commission, by Agent August. This film shows the strides Bluestone have made as film makers. The two separate scenes are well shot, the dialogue is good and we get a nice chunk of exposition to further the background story of The Dark Wondra series.

But I'm afraid that this all comes at the expense of the actual fight itself, and specifically Darkwing's death in this episode, both of which just felt a bit rushed to me.

I'm not too angry because I enjoyed it as a film, and I feel like we're really getting into the guts of the Dark Wondra series (pardon the pun).

I also give you guys a lot of slack because Darkwing: Takedown is my absolute favourite heroine peril film of all time - and I watch ALOT of these films so that praise shouldn't be taken lightly!

Also - wrong thread i know, but really, really looking forward to the new UltraWoman film.

Oh - one other thing, will someone please teach Xander how to tie a Cravat!

Thanks Warfish for you review, yes we are guilty of moving the story forward and the fight wasn't rushed per se, it was shot as scripted. The most important thing is you enjoyed it, which is want we always hope for. We as a production company want to make sure our films are not repetitive plus we want you to get to know the story, I will grantee getting to know the stories plot lines will make all the fetish elements even more sweeter, we also try very hard to make sure our stuff comes across like a TV show, yes some eps maybe not to people's liking but you can bet the other eps that follow will. So hold onto your hats everyone because we haven't even started yet :-)
