It ain't gonna change in any way other than that we producers will just give up and stop producing anything. If that's the change that you're looking for, then you may have it very soon if that attitude persists. Here's a question to ask yourself:
"Would you put thousands of dollars out of your own pocket on a regular basis to produce videos that no one will buy, because they can't be bothered using the only payment system that will very soon be available to you?"
My answer is: "Enough is enough. I'd rather not waste my money any longer to make videos for unappreciative customers."
If I decide to pack it in along with the other major producers in this community, at least it won't be a mystery as to why the world did not change for the better.

"Nagging" for sure "an option" it is NOT, for the very reason Blue stated above.

The reason you hang around here is most likely because you like the topic, one of the most persecuted fetishes there are. Instead of you supporting those who try to provide you content ( and them a little money to live on) you come up with such an asinine suggestion. Think about it.

I'm always grateful for the free psychiatry that is often so available on internet messageboards! I regret that I have marred anyone's felicity. Allow me to clarify one source of my difficulties with BitCoin: many internet players are there because they have too much free time, and the reason for that is that they can't work. Just making it through the day is a job in itself. After a lifetime of breaking their back working, well their back gets broken. They may be disabled, or "senior", or a disabled senior, in any case a person of reduced means. Many of us exist with the assistance of government programs, such as food assistance, or utility rebates, or reduced rent through non-profit agencies that rustle up tax subsidies for documented low-income persons. As in having to produce low-income documentation yearly to still qualify, AND signing away to the government a right to examine all of your bank records to audit your documentation, any time they feel a need.

So, guess how many red flags go up when such federal bank auditors encounter BitCoin traffic? For them "BitCoin" translates as "tax evasion." There will be deeper audits, and some of the income subsidies might be halted---with the ex-recipient considered guilty of providing false reports---unless they can prove themselves innocent. Ya, sure. In other words, not being able to use BitCoin IS NOT JUST A MATTER OF CONVENIENCE! It literally threatens survival!

If dark fetish artist/producers do not maintain the anonymous funding by postal money order and switch completely to the artificial money BitCoin, quite a lot of supportive customers will just fade away. Don't take it as an insult! It was not some kind of threat; it was a warning: if you make products that are hard to buy, folks just won't.......................elsullo

Genre Videos accepts both Bitcoin and money orders. So, there appears to be no excuse not to continue to support dark fetish artist/producers by supporting their most profitable sales outlet... Genre Videos... where they get to keep 80% of the sales that they generate.

Thank you for clarifying that there will still be use of postal money orders available. Often in these discussions here it has been stated that "soon there will be no other option" than BitCoin. I am glad to hear that it is not so.........................elsullo
