Honestly I have always thought that our legacy together in the community will ultimately be measured by the happiness and pleasure that we succeed in bringing to our friends here in our unique, vibrant circle. To see us giving that to one another as well is...well, it's just a joy. DS, FF, FN, all share a core of amazing people who honor the caretakers of those places by hanging out to share fantasy, passion, fun, and caring. How wonderful to be supporting one another...the whole, crazy, wonderful gang together.

I haven't gone anywhere, just a bit busy in the RL sector with winter approaching, lots of firewood to be bucked and split, weatherizing, moving plants into the greenhouse. Not to mention a full week of shooting and editing custom videos for people looking for someone who "gets it" or pays attention to their needs and desires over our own. That is a goal I have been achieving even when I was an ignorant, overconfident little cuss.

Yep lots to do. It is really good to see a few folks chopping it up like buddies here. I am definitely not mad at that.

I definitely don't have to defend FN either from divide and conquer dialogue, it will be ignored with a smile because if I engage like I normally would, it would turn into napalm, and that stuff is hard to wipe away..lol.

We all have opinions and opinions are like face holes, everybody has one and some of them stink, but they are opinions and we should at least respect each and everyone's.

I just wanted to pop in and let y'all know I am following, listening, and engaging when I can. I have been learning from one of the best role models in the world over the years, Grace X. Her philosophy of kindness and love over bitter and hateful spite has affected me more and more with every day. She has really inspired me to be better, and take care of myself, which has done wonders for my attitude. I will admit I still get a bit stressed and lapse into the bitterness, but only for a day or two and I vow to keep my fingers from typing anything derogatory, hurtful, spiteful, or self loathing. It is a sickness that I have been trying to cure with the help of my loved ones and peers here in the fetish community. There are a lot of great people around who constantly support each and every one of us.

Over the years battling prescription pain medication addiction, alcohol abuse, and PTSD from my former job as a firefighter, not to mention cancer, and surgery for pollyposis, I have gone through the ringer, but I feel I have come out of it a better person with more experience to help others in the same boat which I do.

Geno, I am super glad that we have made some amends and regrouped for some conversation, and of course some great laughs, you have some of the most interesting facetious remarks that make me laugh out loud and that is good for my soul. If I take the bitterness out of my own attitude, I see you are just poking fun and trying to get a reaction, which is engaging to say the least, and kind of Mid City savant to say the least...lol

I have been dealing with a bad eye infection, they think I was bitten on the eye by a spider in my sleep, and I rubbed it when I was working out on the farm with something filthy from the rabbits, chickens, or alpacas, so staring at the screen too much can make it burn. Once these antibiotics are done I will be in much better shape and be ready to join up on DS and give it a go. Slowly ease my way back in..hahaha.

I just need to remember my Fire Training and keep calm and stay alert. L.C.E.S. (Lookouts. Communications. Escape Routes. Safety Zones.)

I was about to contact GraceX and suggest that perhaps we were moving a little too fast for you. 4 years of hate and bitterness isn't something that is always so easily swept under the rug for some people. So was going to ask her to be proceed with care. ))

You are really lucky to have Grace on your staff, because she looks at each problem situation with lot of objectivity. As she speak to a small FN crowd and they are posting non-stop negative things about Geno and the DeadSkirts members who choose to remain right where they are,..they can get her jump on the hate bandwagon. Instead she jumps off the bandwagon and starts swimming against the tide, if she has too. Even you know that. I have been able to get some copies of FN pages by a couple of people who are 'co-members" of both boards.

She was a definite positive influence on you...as well as me. You really don't do need people (like superid, Capricorn, Nightposter as so on, adding to any vitriolic feelings you might sometime have...such as "That right Chris, I hate Geno too. When someone treats you like he does, don't take it laying down. Use the power of hate and anger against him and those dummies on DS stick with him." Grace is not like that. You are right I do say a lot of things on DeadSkirts to get reacations out of people and producers. Try as I may, I have never been able to get a taste of my own medicine by having GraceX fire back at me. I once called her a Porn-pushing-spokeswoman for you know what kinda of websites. What did name did she call me back?.......no name. She just said she was sorry that I felt that way, and she would leave if I wanted her too. Talk about taking the strength out of my slap, and the wind out of my sails ...she did it.

You can not accredit that to the fact that she is woman, because there are men which the same kind of gentleness and objectivity too, that are gifted with being at peace with their spirit most of the hours in the days of their lives. She has what it takes as human being, and she is good influence on you, Chris. Me too.

I will say, that the Galaxy would have its share of wildly sexy adventures!

But I know I have had my share of moments when I've felt upset and said things as a means of catharsis or unburdening that I later (usually very soon afterward) felt bad about, and wished I could take back. Lacking the ability to turn back time (even in Gracie's Galaxy, darn!) the best I can try and do is take responsibility for my mis-steps and try to heal things as best I can. It can be hard sometimes, as like anyone I want to retain my dignity as well as offer sincere apology, but you know, things really do feel so much better afterward.

Sometimes a wake-up call for me comes when I learn that someone I was upset with in our online world is having a hard time in real life. Chris you have truly been through the mill with your health and with piracy ravaging your business, and my heart goes out to you. Geno when you had your own health issues not too long ago all that I could think of was "what can I do to help?" Well, one thing was to let go of any old upset feelings and just give you a hug. As well as remembering all the good things we have shared, and do my best to bring our focus back to that aspect of our long friendship.

And if knowing that things are tough for you sometimes wakes me up, why shouldn't I try to retain the same level of appreciation for you all in the good times, too?

Blue and Smudger, I saw your welcome here to Geno and lord it just made me admire you two. Geno, I observed your patience and perspective in the recent Dr. Don episode over on DS and I was profoundly impressed. Chris, I've seen you work through a world of troubles with your strongest desire to just treat people kindly with the generosity of spirit for which I so laud and love you.

And then I think...wow, this is really quite a community. When it comes right down to it, you all are inspiring, and it makes me proud to be a part of "us".

Thanks for the welcome back. It bit of a ghost-town from what I remember of the past. We had a lot fun acting and head-busting during the flame wars of 2009-2010. When you get older, you just run out of energy for that kind of stuff and take the more mellow side. Thank goodness DeadSkirts is still up and running with high volume still.
