Bluestone Goes To Crowd-Funding!

Hello Heroine peril fans, if you are reading this post, I hope that you will consider donating to the cause. For years Bluestone and his team have been producing fantastic videos. I would like to focus on what I know as a consumer of his material.
1. The costumes are excellent probably the best in the business.
2. He cares about the characters he has created and his attention to detail in the story line reflects that. The only producer will multiple heroines and an ongoing story line.
3. The fighting and special effects are amazing. Not in one video, in all of his videos. I would say they are the best in the business.
4. He gives us SUPER heroines, they have powers and use them and they still get in trouble. Thank you. So many producers don't do that.
5. The peril is here in abundance. The Element Posters provide us details that no other producer offers.
6. He has grown. Look at the first video to the latest release, they get better and better. The best in the business.
7. Fetish elements. Whether its a backbreaker, bear hug, low blow, hose or no hose and the list goes on. You can only fit so much into a video at one time. This divides us as consumers, when he adds a fetish element, they are Done Right. Best in the Business.
8. He listens to us. He cares about us. Look at the other threads on this board. Perhaps the most responsive producer in the business.
9. He is honest with us. He told us what he needs in order to continue making the BEST ship videos.

This is our time to show our faith in his work and invest a little to keep this thing going.
I don't know how many of us there are, but if you think what I have said is accurate please consider making a contribution.
Together we can be Heroes or Villians maybe it will take a bit of both to keep this thing going.

I've given $70 and plan on another $50 or so by the end of the campaign so I'm doing my part,just hope everyone else steps up or we lose really one of the best in this business.No one does it like Blue :)

I agree with you both. I've already contributed and if I have any more spare cash (I am on benefit) then I will contribute again.

Blue & Director B are definitely the best and most professional currently available to us mere mortals. Just wish they had gone about this crowdfunding campaign differently.

Yes crwarr i agree with you. an option to see if people can pay or not would be good.
I know myself i could probably pay a once off $50 but not monthly.
I know some could probably pay monthly.
I agree with your choice in stars, WA 1st for me too closely followed by Ultrawoman/Wondra and Darkwing 3rd!!

Hi All!

Thanks for all of your great comments and suggestions. As with your requests for content in our videos, we are also listening to your comments and suggestions with respect to future crowd funding campaigns. We had, for example, considered a monthly contribution to a Bluestone Superheroine Club where you would get access to all of our releases, but first we have to guaranty that we can continue to produce. Yes, the current crowd funding campaigns were rushed and there was a very good reason for it. We were in crisis!!! I was about to pull the plug on the SH and WA series for financial reasons, but I wanted to give you all a chance to save those two series. If we can do that... then, we will be able to craft a better thought out funding plan going forward, using some of your wonderful suggestions. For now, we're still in crisis mode.

I do want to thank all of those who have contributing and those who will be contributing and assure them that we will do our part, provided the fans do theirs.

Well, only a few days left, 4 for "Supernova Prime: Earthbound" and 8 for "Darkwing: Ambushed", before the campaigns close.

So, if you've been holding back, now is the time to make your contributions.

In order to spur you on to support both campaigns, I am changing one aspect of both campaigns. Here goes:

If you contribute to one of the campaigns and the video is not made, I WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY. NOT STORE CREDITS BUT AN ACTUAL REFUND!

Hopefully, that encourages those who are sitting on the fence, because they don't want store credits if the video that they contributed to is not made!

Hi All,

Well, it's crunch time! The "Supernova Prime: Earthbound" campaign is at 35% with only 19 hours left to go. If we can get it to the 50% mark, I will have the video made, despite not meeting the goal, but I can't promise that there will be others after that, and I cannot extend this campaign. Remember that I'll be refunding all contributions if this video is not made, so there is no downside, but without the support, we cannot continue to produce the Bluestone Superheroines line. Well, I did give fair warning, but we didn't even reach the 50% mark. Some people have emailed me at ddgbluestone@hotmail.com and I have given them a private PayPal account through which they have contributed, but we are still way under 50% of our goal. Plus, the Darkwing campaign needs serious help!

Here are the crowd funding results so far:

"Supernova Prime: Earthbound" - $1,870 USD raised by 67 backers, 37% of $5,000 goal. In addition, as mentioned above, I have received a few more contributions by PayPal, but we closed out the campaign way under the goal.

Well, many fans have been passionate about saving this line of videos and have done their part. The Supernova Prime video will cost much more than what was raised, but I hate to let down those who have actively supported this initiative. So, here's what I'm prepared to do...

If the Darkwing campaign can match the funds raised in the Supernova Prime campaign, I will film both videos, which will mean that I will be going deeper into debt, but at least I will have given it my all in order to do everything under my power to get more Bluestone Superheroine videos produced.
