Giaggio, I think you put this up in good faith but please be advised that we will not allow links to pirate websites to be posted on the boards. I have passed the details to Bluestone. Thank you. The best way to report a pirate is to send the details in a private message (pm) to either Bluestone or myself.

That's exactly right. No links to pirate sites are allowed on FF. I spend much too much of my precious time protecting my copyrights from the stupid idiots out there who trade them and think that they are somehow complimenting us by stealing our videos. Anyone who is caught trading in our videos will be banned from this site and all of our store sites for life... but they can treat that as my return compliment to them, if they wish.

No, XJ. We cannot publicise these filesharing sites. Some will avoid them, but there will be others that when they are pointed in that direction, will use them.

The one referred to above was actually selling subscriptions to download pirated clips.

If you don't know where they are, then you cannot help but avoid them!

Remember too that most of these forums are visible to non-members. We don't want to point them in the direction of pirates.

We are happy that Giaggio's intentions were honest. But as we have said above the best way to bring these matters to the attention of our producers is to PM them.

Well at least will the producers keep a 'closet' list of all the black-sites to avoid, so that if people write to them, they can confirm if they are kosher or ones to steer well clear of?

XJ, I don't know if you have ever seen one of these sites, but they do look and work rather differently to the legitimate sites. Producers are aware of them and as Bluestone says, have to monitor them and enforce copyright claims. If you see a site you think is suspicious then please send a PM. Piracy is very injurious to producers most of whom make little, if any income from their work.

xj900uk, the simple answer is that NONE OF THEM are kosher. If you see our videos anywhere other than at my Silk' N Blood store, Genre Videos and my new Nicheclips store, they are illegal file-sharing sites. It's that simple. No one other than me has any rights at all to sell my videos.

As for the site that started this thread, hopefully no one bought one of their memberships, because that money will be wasted when I have that site taken down. So, don't waste your money buying from one of these illegal sites, because they will not be in business long enough to fulfill their illegal membership and download offers.
