We are so disappointed with the sales on this film, the pirates really went out of their way in killing the profits on this one, it just goes to show how popular Melanie Dunne is, I have personally come across over 12 file sharing forums that were sharing this movie openly on its second day of release. We are now considering dropping Melanie Dunn as Supernova and keeping our profits at a stable level. Yes, she is that popular even surpassing Danica. We are not a big studio like WB or Marvel, we are tiny and making money to make the next one helps. Only in this genre of filmmaking could a person be this popular and endanger her own role. If the decision is made to let Melanie go then you have the pirates and file sharers to thank. Again I know most of you don't give a shit but this had to be said. :-(

vcsanks, would you be happy with just watching it but not owning it? Besides, there's website that will help you download from major sites now so it still won't be safe.

Isn't it possible to incoroporate some software 'flag' into the download, like a 'one certificate' or licence, which enables it just to be played by the one user? I've worked for some big software distributors where we put flags into the s/w licences as we sold them, so that we'd know if more than one person was trying to play it...

Well, this question is for BLUE, he owns this site and all the videos. Although many of Zen Pictures videos have been pirated on Youtube, so it's not much of a deterrent. I think we should start thinking about maybe creating a membership with trusted buyers. I am meeting up with Blue face to face soon and there will be changes, for the better or for the worst, who knows?

Thanks for the suggestion xj900uk, but I don't think that would stop it, the question is how would we know who's the guy that file shares our stuff? It could be you for all we know, (I'm not saying it is you, I'm making that clear), yesterday we had to get rid of the full version of WA 19 on youtube, the problem is getting worst. The more popular we get the more our stuff gets pirated as I said in my previous post this could result in us losing Melanie Dunne. I'm going to sit down with Blue very soon and talk face to face with him about this problem. If anyone values our products and sees one of our video up on a forum for free please let us know. Thank you.
