So was Dark Guardian inspired in any way by Black Canary on Arrow? The Laurel Lance version? Both were lawyers and vigilantes and both used a billy club and the full bodysuit and leg strap/pouches/etc... things are similar to both.

Just wondering if that was intentional or unintentional inspiration.
