A very thin introvert guy works in the prison as a guillotine operator; he is looking after the machine when suddenly a strong angry girl storms in shouting at him. He jumps backwards scared, trying to understand what's going on. She is clearly angry at him, and would probably beat him up if she hadn't her hands cuffed behind her back.
it turns out that she has been sent to the guillotine because of a minor parking offense, and thinks it's not fair, so she's so furious and the only person to shout at is just the poor guillotine operator, who's by the way the person who has to take her life.
He literally goes to his knees begging for mercy, trying to explain her that it's not his fault and he's just doing an underpaid job for a miserable living. He acts as if he's begging for his own life, as the girl looks like she could really bite his head off.
But he has to execute her, so what to do?
He has an idea. Maybe he's not that much of a loser. He tries to gain her trust. He explains her that he completely agrees with her, the guillotine is too much for her offense. He explains that he doesn't have the power to let her go, but he can help her: they can stage an execution and at the last minute he will fake a machine failure, so the execution will be rescheduled to another day and in the meantime she could probably get a better lawyer and hopefully get out of the situation. On his knees, he really explains he really wants to help her but that's the best he can do.
This all sounds reasonable, so she calms down and they begin staging the execution: she lets him put her onto the guillotine and strap her. He closes the lunette around her neck and moves closer to the release handle. That's when he's supposed to fake a technical failure, and he keeps reassuring her.
She doesn't have the time to even notice that the blade has dropped, and in an instant her head gets cut off and rolls into the basket. The body squirms, headless, and one leg falls off the plank.
He managed to get out of the situation. Now, without a head, the ferocious girl can't harm him anymore. He grabs the headless body and puts it back on the plank. He pulls her skirt up exposing her bum, and also slaps it with disrespect. OMG, she would have torn the straps apart and destroyed him if she could still know that!
He got so scared and crushed by the experience that he's still in a state of shock. He was impressed by how dominant that girl was to him. He feels the need to take her shoes and stockings off, and kiss these awesome, large feet which would have stomped on him. She is his victim and mistress, a tricked prey he captured and his dominatrix at the same time. He just can't stop groping these legs with disrespect, and worshipping these luscious feet with devotion...
