So I was going to buy this one as I said earlier, but I see that Genrevideos has converted to bitcoin. So I decided I would give it a shot and set up a coinbase account since that was the site that was suggested. Whelp, I bought 20 something dollars worth of bitcoins, but nothing appeared in my "wallet" and I have absolutely no transaction history on my coinbase account. Yet when I looked at my bank account, I was charged the 20 something dollars.

Is that site a hoax or what? Anyone else having issues with them? I tried contacting their support and got an automated response, but nothing since then.

Are there any better bitcoin services that any of you have tried out successfully?

I believe they are legit, but you have to be careful with bitcoin and make sure that you get your wallet address perfectly correct. Otherwise, your bitcoins end up in cyber space. Keep trying customer service, but I have used Bitstamp.net with much more success. They were the first bitcoin exchange, and appear to be the best.

I believe they are legit, but you have to be careful with bitcoin and make sure that you get your wallet address perfectly correct. Otherwise, your bitcoins end up in cyber space. Just wanted to report back in on my previous issue with setting up a bitcoin wallet with Coinbase.

A few days after I posted here I looked at my bank account again and the $23 charge wasn't there anymore. So I said 'what the hell' and tried it again and it actually worked this time. So I was able to finally fund my genre video account and get this video which I enjoyed. The new actress is really good for her first attempt at a video. And I just want to say that the Killer Watt actress does a great job as a villainess. A competent villainess who knows how to deliver her lines adds a lot to these vids.

But anyway, I just wanted to post back and let everyone know that Coinbase is in fact legit. Though their support is slow as hell...they just responded this morning, lol.
