Well you can see the outfit, since the above pic is taken from the set.

Basically, Tara Raven arrives home and is attacked by super-powered enemy agent Syphon. They fight and Tara dies several times, but her healing factor allows her to recover. In the end though Syphon wins and carries Tara away ots.

The next episode features a strangle of the revived Tara who is then K.O.'d, tied to a chair, stripped topless, and further strangled. I won't spoil the ending at this point.
