Okay, here's how it plays out:
1. She is shot twice in the belly at close range. Then, she is shot in the head and dies;
2. She regenerates after we see her dead with death stare;
3. After more fighting, she is shot twice in the cleavage and she goes into her death throes and dies with another death stare;
4. Once again, she regenerates.
If I well understand there is no strangulation and no dead ending in this one? It is only a peril erotic heroine video with stabbing and shooting and some sexy fighting action ?

There are more than one death endings incorporated into White Angel 21, but no strangulation death ending. That will be featured in White Angel 22. She does die more than once in White Angel 21... but she regenerates after being killed.
