Whatever has been pledged on this thread. The other forums have offered squat!
There's a few email requests, but mostly it's the elements on this thread.
Suffice it to say that it would be a great video, if it is ever made.
If anyone likes the elements included to date, throw in a contribution today.
Otherwise, we'll have to give this custom a pass.

It might be useful though to put all the elements that have been requested in one place/post, Bluestone, otherwise people have to thumb through several pages of postings and back-&-forth ideas just to find out what's already been requested.
