What about the above statement and my email and other communication to you is not clear. You want me to muzzle a member? You have clearly expressed your opinions above about Britton, and I didn't muzzle you. Paul has expressed an opinion that a deadskirts site is pirating his videos. Frankly, I don't see the difference. Each of you have expressed your opinions freely.
With respect to the issue of lawsuits, they are clearly permitted by the legal system of most democratic societies. The threat of lawsuits is not against the law. Now, if a member of FF threatened physical violence against another member, that is against the law and would have to be dealt with harshly and decisively by the administration of this board.
As I said above, the FF administration is not taking sides in this issue. It is not for me to adjudicate a civil action. I will leave that to the proper authorities if it does actually come to that. I would, of course, prefer that you and Paul work out your differences on this issue through direct email contact.
As for the ownership of this board, nothing has changed. I, Bluestone, hereby admit that I am the sole owner of the Femme Fatalities site.
I trust that further clarifies that the administration of this board will not take sides in a matter that may become the subject matter of a court action.

The hypothetical has been posed as to whether I would expect DS Administration to not permit a post against Silk Videos on the DS board. My response is simply that I am fully capable of dealing with anyone who makes legal threats against my company. In fact, I would not want these threats removed, because they would constitute evidence in my action against anyone who would make unjustified threats against Silk Videos. That is why I have to stop on FF. I only said that you would be protected from such threads on DS, even it they were true. All long as you are a member of DeadSkirts. We have to do it, because we care about comfort of our members when they come there. That is one secret of why we have expanded more than any other board. There will be no legal battles placed open boards of DeadSkirts. I wish I could say the same about this site.

I am a moderator (under another nickname of course) of a "G" rated, Public Safety oriented, Forum that gets more postings in 24 hours than your forum + this forum gets in a week.
(yesterdays total was 82 in six sections , and last time I checked we have over 9,00 registered members)
I spend almost an hour a day checking "my section" of the forum ( we have 4 moderators to cover the entire board ) and check about 50+ postings on a usual day.( and several of them are "Sandi sized", in excess of 750 words)
I have been one of the moderators there since 1997, when the group started as an "e-Group". When Yahoo took over and limited how much we could store, We got donations, sponsors, and purchased our own servers, (using 4 terabytes of storage) which are hosted and stored at a major sponsors office headquarters.
I can make all the hints I want, I'm posting as a "member" here. Since being appointed as a moderator, I have used those powers only twice, both cases involving "spam".
I "personally" make no secret of the fact you are a disruptive influence on this (and any) board you have posted in. (your posting history is evidence).
I have stated in every posting that you have chosen to attack me as a "moderator here"
that I would NOT moderate any posting involving you, but you continue to attack.

Had to laugh in that thread when myself and Dalecar were warned by Geno for promoting Poisoned Paradigm (when all we were doing was showing people it was still live, as some were saying they couldn't get on). Against the rules apparently....those same set of rules which Geno was being accused of breaking on the very same thread. I notice he still hasn't denied Sickboy's accusation and, let's face it, if he is guilty of it it wouldn't be the first time. Seems Geno is allowed to break his own rules though.
It's good to see other boards starting to gain popularity now, and people can see they're not limited to one choice, especially one run in such a farcical way.
I have no clue why such a venom FF DS or PP are all boards helping the fetish. So what if somebody has some quirks ? Why piss on them ? Just do not participate where you do not like it and post a lot where you do. Is that so hard??

If you are suggesting that I or Paul or Blue or anyone else should not react when someone calls one of our (the community's) actresses a "c*nt", you're barking up the wrong tree. The same is true with lying, piracy, manipulating posts and a number of other issues that frequently arise when encountering one particular individual. I don't see that as "boys kicking sand into another boy's face", and I am certainly going to comment when I see those kinds of abuses. If you choose not to, that is your right.

Once again Bakerboy--- I am real sorry about this. FF does have very realatively new webmaster to this highly sexual fetish in running a board. His experience in dealing with this type of interaction with people on a command level through the anonymity of cyberspace is very limited. People on these boards can get highly fustrated and looking for release. I am trying to work with him in private, but he such a show-off in front of one smallest rat-packs I ever seen, that it sometime spills into a private communication.
