The following is reposted from a strangly run board called Dead Skirts. It describes an incident that bears a strange resemblance to something that happened to two of the members here awhile back.

Now, I certainly can't complain about being suspended, since getting suspended was exactly what I was trying to do. Geno was on a rampage. He was throwing insults at several of our most popular members, and had suspended two of them. So I was doing the civil disobedience thing.

If Geno had just suspended me, that probably would have been the end of it. I would have come back and just tried to avoid dealing with his fragile ego. But he crossed a really bright moral line. He edited my message so that the mildly vulgar word I used was replaced by one much cruder. (Rhymes with "stunt".) And he rewrote my message so that it was a crude, objectionable attack on a female member who had no part of the discussion. This was up for about a day before Geno replaced it with his SUSPENDED!!! message. But he actually suspended me immediately, so I couldn't protest his forgery.

I exchanged some email with Geno where he told me that nobody would believe the story I've just shared with you. Interestingly, he did not accuse me of making it up.

Anyway, I'm not going to use a board where messages from me can be forged. So this is goodbye. If any of you hear from me again it will be elsewhere.

Yes, I can assure everyone of this! One member who will remain nameless complained when I first set up this board that the editing function can't be used by posters more than a few minutes after they post. He asked me to expand the time to several hours or days like DS. Then, he could fix his grammar. I decided to put up with poor grammar. I firmly believe that when someone posts, it is there until and unless they request that admin removes it. Unless something offends the Rules, members' posts will not be altered on FF. For example, I had to amend a post recently to alter some cuss words. I simply inserted an asterisk in place of one of the letters. More than that was unnecessary and would have unfairly altered a member's post. That would have been an unnecessary intrusion on free speech. Free speech and honesty is the hallmark of FF. No, that incident WILL NOT happen here!

KHP--- You there's only one reason you are not on DeadSkirts, you are still choosing not to rejoin. You know you can not control your temper over there. The rules forces you to be civil. You can advertise, but remember we are not pro-commerial. We are "pro-members-hard earned-money." My guess that that you would be doing a 7 day suspension right about now, for making threats to bring me up on criminal charges. We don't allow legal or illegal threats to make made on our open board. If you think you can pull off, take you best shout. You can even bring in that prize sl*t of your's for any immoral support if need. I am not saying you can not do it. If you ever make it to DeadSkirts, you can do anything you want in your private life against DeadSkirts as long as you do not post it our open board. You would be still be a member in good standing. If a member asks you a question about buying your product, you had better answer it. It's no biggie Pual...you never broke the rule anyway., you have perfect record on that at DeadSkirts. You got in trouble for being rude about saying "No". If he or she ask you about a secret or something behind the scenes, you do not have to answer it. Just be respectful and tell them, you don't want to reveal the information.

Now Mr. KHP for your next your trick, since you think only an idiot would join DeadSkirts, I want you too see if you can convince Bluestone to quit DeadSkirts. Go ahead KHP.

Nightposter---- You seem enjoy shoving your weigh around as moderator here. I get and sick and tired of you making ever so subtle hints that you are going ban, delete, or suspend me. I am moderator too ,of a even biggger, longer than you have been one (of a major site)...and I don't like that. I wish the board could run itself over there. I get tired sometimes. You think I should be suspended another 30 days?

Accordingly, I think this issue has been debated to death and can now be closed forever. ...... Geno has offered Paul an advertising slot at DS, if he wishes to avail himself of it. I agree with Geno that it's time to close this case and put it behind us.

Bluestone--- there can be some real wonderful topics, that I would love to join in over here. I would love to come over here and talk about the sexy Suzi Leigh, Petra Morgan instead comming over here only to be involved in more conflict. The Sierra's, Kelli's, Paola's of the world, avoid this type of conflict like the plauge. Not meaning to bring up that high traffic board again, but because it is high traffic, conflict has a negative effect there too, but it cushions it a lot better, where as confilct here always seem to make the headlines, and negatively effect a large portion of the FF site.

You have to do you part you also Sir.. You can not cater to , or invite this kind of flamewar transfer from one message board to another. It not good, and it's not good for the erotic subjects you value the most over here. The one's the you love to talk about.

As usual, Geno, instead of engaging in logical discussion on Dead Skirts, you cut all discussion off. As usual, you are trying to use DS rules over here, and quite frankly, DS rules are about 3 feet lower than whale excrement on this board. Blue's rules are the only ones that matter here and you need to keep that in mind. As usual, ............... Does the list ever end?

I know that you run your board with many rules that you don't, and won't, see here. Also, you will not see the time for editing posts increased on this board, so that posters can change their posts, often after they've been responded to by other members. FF is a different board. It is not a DS clone.

The definition of free speech in a civil environment does not prevent the quoting of individuals from any source, provided those quotes are accurate. Max can quote President Obama or Paris Hilton for all I care! I have never understood that rule that you have over at DS. Why should DS Member 1 be allowed to go to another board and libel DS Member 2 who is not a member of that board? DS Member 2 would, by DS rules, be unable to challenge Member 1 on DS for this libelous post. I.M.H.O., that is a nonsensical rule at best.

You are free to join in the discussions here, Geno, just like any other FF member, but it is NOT acceptable for you to call another member's actresses by crude and uncalled for names. That does not fall under any definition of 'civil' that I've ever heard. You seem to want to incite flame wars while at the same time complaining that they are taking away from the on topic discussions here. So, might I suggest that you join in those discussions as opposed to inciting the flame wars that you apparently don't want to waste your time on.

My opinion of one actress would would never post on your board. I never knowing post on your post expecting to get edited. I never knew the word the "Slut" was foul language on this board. I edit another member's use of the f word and change it to f*ck and I edit your use of another obscene word by also removing a 'u' and write it sl*t. You say there's a difference between editing of these two posts??? Not in my book. Then you go ahead and use the word that I edited in your next post and say that you wouldn't use the word if you knew that it wasn't allowed. It is vulgar, Geno, but moreso when you use it to describe a fellow member's actress. Your comments make absolutely no sense. I call them as I see them, and I will continue to do so.

When I mentioned being civil to one another, I wasn't referring to civil actions. Obviously, Paul will not want to post the site address here for fear of people downloading his material. Perhaps by using the private messaging system of this board or simple email, a formal demand can be made to remove the offending links or download site. The urls can be included in that demand. That will at least allow Paul to mitigate his damages.

Just for clarification, I have been to the site in question, and it does exist. The name 'deadskirts' is used on the site. Of course, Paul is free to pursue any actions that he feels are justified to protect his copyrighted material. I'm the administrator of this board, but I am not judge, jury or executioner. I must accept that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. So, please note that the opinions expressed on this lawsuit issue are the opinions of the posters only, and not the opinions of this board's administration. Having said that, members such as Paul are free to express their opinions, especially on serious issues such as piracy, and members such as Geno are free to express their opinions on this issue. I just have to caution both parties to be careful what is placed on the record here, since, once posted, it will remain on this board for a very long time.

You are acting like KHP is co-owner of this site. You may have enter an agreement with him or did something behind the scene to allow hinm to make threats against DeadSkirts. FemmeFatalities has a the current status of "co-friendly" board. That is under the belief that you own this board and the Paul is not a co-owner. He still isn't a member of DeadSkirts there for his products and services are prohibited from being posted there, until such day as he joins.

I am going to give you 12 hours to settle this and let me in on this secret details of what is going on here. I have not idea. I am the boss of DeadSkirts.com..not dot org. or tv. Keeping mind that no outside enity who becomes a threat to DeadSkirts will be a part of DeadSkirts.

I expect to have DeadSkirts.Com given the same protection against posting legal threats that have no basis made up by a very stupid man and a maybe stupid degrading female, and you do have when you visit DS.
