I answered this in my previous response on my friendship with Debbie. Which part of "defending my friend" confuses you? Or do you expect Debbie to waste valuable time that she needs for emails??

Sorry, I really don't keep up with anyone's "previous responses". I simply do not find your posts that interesting to read them all. So, in other words, you weren't asked to "stand in her stead", but rather it is out of your overwhelming sense of obligation... Got it
