EG, though I like interesting stories in videos, I also enjoy the "less is more" concept that you describe. Sometimes it is very stimulating just to focus on all the fine details of one, simple, powerful concept.

its nice to see your view my views on these subjects. agree or disagreed. But ya I think one of my basic concepts I look for in a clip that bluestone delivers is the hottie being offed. lovely outfit or left nude. just gotten out of the shower and strangled. those are great basic elements to see. then to see some of the basic horror elements to give the scene a little more spice works well too.

Pennpaul, you asked about some interesting physical positions for staging a bagging...one I like is to be surprised in bed. If I am lying on my stomach the assailant can straddle my body and pin my arms to my side with his legs, pull my head upward by the hair and then slip the bag over, then hold my head upright by both hands closed around my neck, which simultaneously seals the bag and gives the opportunity for good camera views of my face. I love to have my own gun somewhere in the scene (I am usually a deadly hitwoman or somesuch), as if I had felt safe by having it on my night table or just visible under my pillow...but it failed me when I needed it most!

I cant say Im a big lover of baggings but then again I wasnt in the past of shootings but in time have grown to like the kill method. if its a shooting one then a sliencer to the head works for me. my hit woman character is open to those options and then some. I guess sometimes its not really the kill method that is being used is the turn off. its how the method is used. shooting may work but it needs to either be a arrow kill or a silencer. a stabbing but only if its a stab in the back or mouth. oh yes I have also learned as I write about my favorite hit woman character that its not the weaon she has that makes her powerful. its her mind. also body. the imagination and tastes that make them more evil and powerful. more deadly.

Yeah it's amazing what sort of fun you can have with simple every day objects and a healthy imagination...

Alternatively how about you are a hit woman who is surprised and trapped in her own bedroom, bound and lying on your stomach with your hands bound behind you and also your feet tied. A clear plastic bag is hten placed over your head and sealed around your neck - not too tight to strangle you, but certainly tight enough to prevent any air getting in and out.
The guys that have you then film your slow, struggling and squirming demise for their bosses back in the office

An alternative scenario has you being captured and bagged by two female operatives but you play dead. Once you stop twitching they relax and drop their guard enough for you to grab the silenced automatic you keep under you pillow. Two quick phutt shots, each one accurately to the forehad

I never was into baggings. a killer running around with a grocery bag in his pocket? A strangle can last just as long. but could leave a mark like a bruise mark maybe depending on how violent the strangle was. but could be seen as a mark of defeat. the transformation of her becoming a lifeless beauty of art sort to speak. same for a neck snap. the killer hears the noise of the neck bone snapping. sign of defeat to him or her. stabbings can work but could get too bloody too. its a toss up. the killer puts a bag over head and thats it? reminds me of drowning or hanging. like a self kill. doesnt have a horror or thrill to it. least to me for a fantasy scene. for others I see it does and thats cool too. we all like certain kill methods for what ever reason.
