Now, since the flame warrior has departed, I think it's time to return to business as usual. There are a lot of threads that contain much more positive content. I would encourage everyone to frequent them, and, yes, I will ply you with liquor and beautiful women by way of further encouragement.

I am leaving this thread open, since several important issues have been raised here. As for the allegations of piracy that have been leveled against DeadSkirts, I think this is now a matter that is best not to be discussed on public boards for several reasons. Since Paul has taken up this crusade against video piracy, he can be emailed or personal messages can be sent to him directly regarding this crusade; however, until allegations have been proven through the courts, it is not appropriate to detail those allegations here any further, especially in the absence of Geno. As long as both parties were debating this subject, I did not intervene. In light of Geno's self-imposed suspension, the debate appears to be over. We cannot have a fair debate in the absence of the party or parties against whom allegations are being made. So, unless and until Geno returns from his self-imposed suspension, this debate has reached its natural conclusion.

As stated previously, FF is not a party to any proceedings against DS or its owner, notwithstanding any allegations made by DS personnel to the contrary.
