When Blue decided to ban geno for life relying on "proofs" he was not going to make it public, people had to chose wether to trust his judgment or not.

Same fact now. Since no proofs are shown, since no evidence is put to accuse you from saying such things, then im afraid anyone that wants to pursue such accusation will have to either deal with it and let it go, or gather the necessary evidence to estructure the accusation.

And, if you did have the evidence then go take the issue to courtroom. If that is not a plausible option, like Pennpaul has stated on another thread, then there is no more room in here to keep having this argument.

After all, we are accusing each other about things we cannot prove. Thus, we are having a stupid discussion about something that most of us havent actually read on DS. Which makes it basically to be the same with Blue and Geno. We have to chose whom to believe: Paul or Pennpaul/Matrix.

Geno may have destroyed the evidence, or did he? Regardless, in a court of law, two witnesses can send a person to jail, or in some case to their death. Pennpaul, Jafa, myself, DrDon, Geno, possibly Bluestone, possibly you(you do seem to know about this) Dennis(if he is honest enough to come forward, and possibly others saw the posts made by KHP on DS, which did result in the threat of a law suit, and did contribute to Geno booting KHP out.

Four or five witnesses trump the one accuser. End of Story.

I appreciate your willingness to be unbiased and impartial, and your "non attacking", "non flaming" approach to this topic. But I don't think I have any problem understanding what went on, or what is now going on.

Flaming Geno, or encouraging it as Blue has done, and is now doing to me, is not going to help anyone.

And how well do you know Geno? Cause, to me it does look like you dont know him at all. Or that you just know part of himself. I cant really discuss on the legal level cause I dont know how law system works in US. Here (Argentina) you cant really put someone in jail based on accusation and witnesses. You need substantial proof of a crime to put him in jail. Its basically based on the old saying: "innocent till proved otherwise"

When you say "flaming Geno" I believe you refer to the most recent events. Now, how about all the previous flamings from Geno to khp (and other members) over at DS and later on over at PP and FF?. Im not suggesting that "you slapped me, then I slap you" but you cant really expect to go to other boards, where people joined to run away from his dictactorship, argue with them, talk them down, bully them and not expect a same-level responses. Some of us might chose to ignore him, some of us just cant. Before we start judging those who cant chose to ignore Geno and his attitudes, we could try to think which is the root for EVERY last confrontation there has been in the Necro community these past years.

Shooting Mad. The difference between the two is that the evidence Blue has on Geno was recieved in a private email. It was not something supposedly every one has seen already. The evidence claimed by John Matrix was supposedly posted on DS. So he would not be revealing a private conversation by showing it. I'm also sure if Geno was begging Blue to post his evidence that he would. I'm sure he would rather Blue not do that. I am however completely inviting it.

I recommend that you drop it KHP. It's far better to be thought of as a fool, than to open your mouth and prove it.

Eye Witness evidence can be seen as enough proof. Now let's not keep rehashing this.
Accusations must be backed up by evidence. KHP has none. KHP has no witnesses. There are several eye witnesses to support me, including DrDon.

I don't think you really understand what is going on here, and bringing up Geno's past prior behavior to justify his treatment in this newer matter is not right. Geno, is a forgiving person. That is evident in the FACT that he almost always reduces the time of the ban that he issues, and he tries to make light of his bans by calling them holidays, time out, cool down time, etc.

It appears you have your mind made up. I have my own view. I don't agree with everything Geno does, but if you and others want to change him, you are going about it all wrong. That goes double for Blue.

If KHP ever posted such a statement of CP on DS or any other forum, email to me, or whatever I would have ripped Paul-KHP a new asshole! He never made such a statement.

I feel I got to know DrDon very well as a person and he certainly was never into CP. He is just like the rest of us, including Paul-KHP and find it sick, perverted, etc.

Paul-KHP, Howard ( Geno thought it was another name I was using), me were banned for life and Max5s was suspended ( I forgot for how long) for defending Britton for the offensive names he was calling her. I don't recall DrDon in the thread, if he was it not of any issue.

I got to ask you and Pennpaul wouldn't both of you get pissed and object to such a statement? I would have objected alone if you two were not DS members since she was one of my models a few years back and I would have posted the same as I posted about Britton that got me banned. Yes, I agree that enough is enough. I have certainly allowed this subject to be debated until it is really a dead subject. I have given every opporunity to both sides to provide proof of allegations made. I have noted that Paul had repeatedly said that he had been content to let the DS banning incident die in April. I have seen the CP allegation be raised on this board not by Paul, but by John Matrix, an avowed Dr. Don supporter. I emailed Dr. Don and I was satisfied enough with his denial and the respect that I hold for him that I deleted John Matrix's reference to CP. Once again, this was NOT an allegation by Paul. It was an allegation by John Matrix that Paul accused Dr. Don of CP. Both Paul and Dr. Don have denied that CP was involved in Dr. Don's prosecution, and Paul has steadfastly denied that he made such an allegation. John Matrix has failed to prove that such an allegation was made on DS. In my opinion, this should have ended the controversy.

Nothing is being gained by re-hashing these issues other than getting Dr. Don's name out there again coupled now with CP allegations. That is unfair and detrimental to Dr. Don's reputation and would only serve as more fuel for the fire if these psycho cops wanted to take this matter further. For the life of me, John Matrix, I cannot understand how you can state so emphatically that you are a supporter of Dr. Don and then proceed to fill this forum with wild allegations that apparently were never made. I now regret that I broke my own rule against deleting posts, a la Geno, and deleted your initial allegation in order to protect Dr. Don. It did not protect him, since you copied these allegations over to DS and spread this matter even further and fanned this issue into a flame war.

Now, I challenge anyone here to say that I haven't allowed a full and unrestricted discussion of this subject matter on this board. I have exercised more patience than should have been necessary in order to allow both sides to discuss this matter fully. I have even permitted latitude in the venting department, even when name-calling almost became the method of discussion here. Having provided the full opportunity for free speech on this subject, I am now in the interests of everyone closing this subject matter to further discussion.

So that there is absolutely no misunderstandings here, and so that no one posts while I am posting this announcement, here is Emperor Blue's decree:

1. It is about 7:40 pm (EST). I will permit no further discussion of this topic (as defined below) after 8:00 pm (EST) anywhere on this board by any party for any reason until further decree of Emperor Blue;

2. The topic referred to above shall include any of the following:
a) Any allegation regarding Dr. Don and CP, either as an attack or a defence of Dr. Don's reputation;
b) Any allegation against Paul of KHP that he ever made an allegation against Dr. Don;
c) Any attempt to circumvent the spirit of this rule by continuing this debate without making specific reference to 2 a) and 2 b) above, but which is clearly an attempt to state indirectly what has been prohibited to be posted directly.

3. I cannot control directly what takes place on other message boards, but I can take any continuation of these matters on other boards into account in issuing suspensions on this board.

4. Breach of the foregoing terms may be punished by a suspension of the offending party for a period of time consistent with the severity of the breach of this edict. No further warnings need be posted prior to the enforcement of this decree.
