I totally do understand the difficulty of public relations.

It is one thing to savor the evil killer themes in the fantasy world of movies and quite another to carry that behavior into real life. The vast majority of people in the genre, I think, treat ladies in real life with respect and honor. However, there are obvious exceptions.
The particular individual on the other board, I've been told, has been trashing me for two and a half years (that's how long ago he was banned). How he thinks that would get him "re-instated" is beyond me. Interestingly, my "fan mail" from customers regarding customer service is about 10 to one thanking me for good service. Then, there are those who think we should have operators standing by 24/7 waiting for a call from some individual who can't download his purchase (and 99% have never bothered to read the FAQ that we have posted with detailed instructions). I don't think they will ever be pleased. It's pretty hard to be in any business that has to interact with the public and not p*ss off a few of them. The best you can do is be fair and realize that you can't please 100% of them. I just try and remember one of my favorite poems.
–Charles Mackay (1814-1887)You have no enemies, you say?
Alas, my friend, the boast is poor;
He who has mingled in the fray
Of duty, that the brave endure,
Must have made foes! If you have none,
Small is the work that you have done,
You’ve hit no traitor on the hip,
You’ve dashed no cup from perjured lip;
You’ve never turned the wrong to right,
You’ve been a coward in the fight.
Anyway, thanks for the support, Paul
