Again this is my position and posted here somewhere 7-28-2009:

Two Items:

1) Not withstanding any history and setting it aside forever, John Matrix is John Matrix and he earns his position in our community under this name and no other names or events should be associated with this name. He earns his persona by his conduct under John Matrix only.

2) Not withstanding any history and setting it aside forever, Geno created a most brilliant forum with the right balance of dynamics in creating an extremely successful forum in DeadSkirts. It has all the elements of the best forum I have seen in keeping things measured from the civil to the absurd, creating controversy, and strong member and lurker interest, along with bringing to light well founded information. I do respect him for his accomplishments and mean him no harm.

He made a mistake on this forum and he has apologized. He knows or should know his basic posting boundaries on this forum from here on out. I would let him back on as the forum administrators feel appropriate and give him the full respect as any poster here.

If this is all about the belief my previous statements about you, Geno and DS was motivated in the hopes of going go back to DS, I have no interest and wont go back.

I was banned and I deserved it in Geno's mind for him calling Britton names and including a 'Cunt'. I objected in an angry and an improper way ( In that I said it in rather blind anger) and expected to be banned. I accept that, want to keep it that way, and move on outside of DS. On the bottom line, I am not comfortable posting there and have no interest in continuing there.

On the bottom line, I have businesses and I was closing month end when all this started on DS and FF. Month End takes me several days to pay all the webmasters, business bills, and all the other responsibly of running a couple businesses. As a consequence I only skimmed the posts and posted what I could when I could.

Among other things, the above posts made here say I have good will towards DS and have no interest in seeing harm done to the DS Forum or Geno. For that matter this extends to all forums and sites in our community.

However, there are some here that post as if they have a death wish to our interest and in having it erode to tribes of warring factions.

At this point, I don't hold out much hope things will heal to they way things were before. Dalila and many others are trying their best to stop this incoming tide of destruction. They are the true heroes of our community, they have my respect and support.

I don't post where I am not treated decently, and where unfounded, condescending or degrading statements are posted about me as well as many other posters that didn't deserve it.

I would imagine this what all posters feel about posting at any forum and likely the reason for the vast majority of people here, and on other forums are limited to mostly lurkers and not willing to take the real risk of abuse in posting. Just a very small percentage of the thoughts of a very few people are being posted.
The Vast Majority are Not being Heard or Represented.
If any producer or website wonders why you have reduced sales, you chose not to pay attention, and squelched the needs and desires of the ones you have been scared silent.

Well said! Thank you for your post, Dennis. You are right about who the true heroes are in all of this... it is those who haven't taken sides or lost their heads when everyone around them (myself included) were losing theirs. I would like to thank those heroes for putting up with all combatants in this very divisive Battle of the Boards. I hope it is over, so that we can all start to mend fences, and get back to enjoying all that the erotic death community has to offer.

Yet again the clearest head of all around here prevails.

I know this is all going to calm down.

I understand why Paul was upset. Mothers are special.
I look just like my own mother...same green eyes and everything, so I would too be upset if someone attacked my mother verbally.

John Matrix is obvioulsy a true friend and defender of Dr Don, who was the first to really raise the bar for special effects.

What I would really like to see here at this forum is a mutual respect between Paul and John Matrix, who both try to carry on and improve the traditions of spectacular and realistic special effects that Dr Don introduced to our community.

I know that after some time has passed this is going to happen.

I have joked a bit about our real enemy being Oprah Winfrey...but I am half serious.

If I were to appear on her show as Dalila the opera singer, she would say "wow what a beautiful voice you have." If I appeared as Dalila the erotic horror actress I would be called insane, disgusting, a porn actress...worse that a porn actress because what I do perpetuates violence against women.

That is the attitude out there about our community. Wars such as these help to play into that attitude.

Let's avoid them from now on.

I am still against all bans, even upon those who put their feet in their mouths far too often.

These forums should be free for our special kind of entertainment...our stories, the amazing photos that Peter just posted...the joking role playing we do....and even films submitted by producers in order to advertise our work. It can be that kind of place again: Free speech, but not a war zone.
