First... I Hope everybody is well and still staying vertical!!!

Well I guess its time for me to post another contest.
Here are your first level of info and clues...
This film was first released on VHS circa 1998.
Below is a picture of the killer's first victim, who's been shot three times.

First one to post the original title wins a prize from the G-Man.

How do you do it, G-Man? I would have thought that I'd recognize any picture from any film with a lovely victim shot three times, but this one completely escapes me. Is it my age, or are you just that good at collecting these interesting films on VHS and DVD? I'm hoping the second clue breaks the mental impasse....

This film was made in 1995 and then shelved. It was first released on VHS Rental 1997 and under a different title.
It had a limited cinema release under its original name apparently in 2001 and finally on DVD last year (2020).

Next clues... the picture of the blond victim shown above is not the actual first murder we see in the film.
Her murder (be it... it is the killer's first murder) is shown midway thru the film as a flash back and again shown
later near end of the film. There are a total of five deaths, 2 knifings and 2 shootings are on screen.

Well, this second picture is certainly highly memorable, and I'd swear that I've never seen it before either. So, I'm thinking that I've never seen ANY of this flic... Wouldn't have thought that possible...! What a great contest challenge!

Hah..! Yes, G-Man, the last pic would have brought me to "Mind Lies." Totally forgot about the other death scenes, I guess because they were short, or just bodies?

But I never would have thought about the title changing from "Mind Rage." I have no recollection of that title in ANY context.
