Help to find B&W movie, villainess accidentally poisoned by her own blade ?

Hi everyone, I am looking for a 50s or 60s Film noir, probably in german language but I am not sure. In the death scene, the villainess has a pendant around her neck with an hidden poisoned small blade and she is struggling to kill a female hostage on the back seat of a car while the car is running and with the car driver they are trying to escape. But at some point she drops the blade aside while fighting and few seconds later she accidentally is stabbed by her own dart, she die. The female hostage escape from the car to another car through the door while the car is still going. The car crash next.
